BlackCat – October 16, 2017

Four men posted this chilly morning for a stretchy workout. I.M., Crabby PO, OPP, and Meastro (QIC). 45 degrees with the stars shining brightly.

WOR

Stretches, mainly legs, including the Sqorpion

Side-straddle, Seal hops tested everyone’s coordination even YHC.

Long mosey to inspect the 5-O position tucked back in a corner of the park.

Thang

Time for a Bear Crab Indian crawl

Planned to travel the full length of the sidewalk leading to the main shelter but realized the I had misjudged the distance and modified it to half the distance.

Finished the BearCrab up to the shelter and played a little four corners with a 1 and 1/4 run this time.

5 Burpees, 10 Lunges on each foot, 20 Merkins, and 40 LBCs

Cool down with Mountain climbers 10x with feet alternating and then 10x with feet together. Long mosey to wake the previously mentioned 5-O and back for Mary

MOM

A couple of stretches again before MOM got underway. ABCs, 90s IC x15, Winshield wipers, a few more LBCs and Box Cutters to call it a morning.

Small group today because of injuries and family sickness. Hope everyone gets healthy soon.
