Two men posted for a build as we went workout.  Beautiful 55 degrees with the stars shining bright.

Warmup:
SSH x 20
Arm Circles
General Stretches
Mosey around the Animals

Thang:
10 burpees, Mosey some down and back
10 Burpees, 8 lunges each leg, Mosey farther down and back
10 Burpees, 8 lunges each leg, 15 reverse crunches, Mosey farther down and back
10 Burpees, 8 lunges each leg, 15 reverse crunches, 10 plank shoulder touches each shoulder, Mosey farther down and back
10 Burpees, 8 lunges each leg, 15 reverse crunches, 10 plank shoulder touches each shoulder, 20 Air Squats

Mosey to playground
Pull ups to exhaustion +5 with legs assisted
15 dips
30 LBC’s
Repeat x3

Long Mosey back to start

Mary:
1 minute plank
ABC’s
Leg lifts x 20
Freddie Mercury x 20
Legs straight up toe touches x 15

Moleskin:  Perfect morning for a workout.  Crabby PO and I joined forces to build the workout as we went.  Hopefully we will see more people next week with the end of spring (some call it Fall) break.
