3 PAX posted in the gloom and wind for a bit more running then usual.

Warmup:
Weedpickers x 15
Hop, Skip, and Jump around the animals
Stretch
SSH x 20
Mosey to Tennis Courts

Thang:
Perform a 5 line, 2 tennis court suicide with an exercise after each.
Suicide, 10 x Squat Jumps, Suicide, 15 x Merkins, Suicide, 20 x Leg Lifts, Suicide, 1 minute Plank
Rinse and Repeat

Mosey to the workout stations at the corner of the park.  1 round of pullups, situps, incline merkins to try the equipment out.

Mosey to concession stand.

2 rounds of Leg Blasters – 20x Squats, 10 Lunges each leg, 10x Jump Lunges, 10x Jump Squats

20x heel touches

ABC’s
10x Flutter Kicks

Moleskin:  All three of decided that the wind was biting and we should have dressed warmer to start.  After the first Suicide and 10x Squat Jumps we were well warmed up.  We were going to go for 3 rounds of suicides but decided we would do a bit more jogging and see a few parts of the park we hadn’t work out in.  Leg blasters at the end were a good time.
