Mosey the long way to the big shelter house.

Thang:

CLIMB

C = Crab Cakes

L = Lunges

I = Iron Cross

M = Mountain Climbers

B = Burpee

PAX went through 5 rotations: round 1= 1C,2L,3I,4M and 5B then 2,4,6,8,10 then 3,6,9,12,15 then 4,8,12,16,20 then 5,10,15,20,25.  Mixed in a lap around the shelter after each round.

Side Plank 30 s each side.

Moleskin:

A fun day to slip in the slush.  Turns out the rain/ice mix hit the interior of the shelter harder than originally thought and made for an added obstacle while performing exercises.  Especially the burpees.   All in all a fun workout for YHC.
