Mosey into the darkness to the bottom of the steps.

CLIMB

C = Crab Cakes

L = Lunges

I = Iron Cross

M = Mountain Climbers

B = Burpee

PAX went through 5 rotations: round 1= 1C,2L,3I,4M and 5B then 2,4,6,8,10 then 3,6,9,12,15 then 4,8,12,16,20 then 5,10,15,20,25.  “Ran” up and down the hill in between each individual exercise.

One round of Leg Blasters – 20 Squats, 10 Lunges each leg, 10 Jump Lunges, and 10 Jump Squats.

YHC decided CLIMB would be a great way to catch up on the Burpees that he had not been doing in the daily challenge.   As always, it looked better on paper.  Nonetheless 75 Burpees were done and judging by the mumble we all enjoyed it.  Been a while on the side crunches.  Fully expect to feel those in the morning.
