A lot of change ups today. Hit legs hard at first. Finished with a little more arms. Working large numbers of burpees into the workout is somewhat of a challenge, mainly because it’s getting harder to count and keep track. Not a lot of mumble chatter. The second set of leg blasters was met with a little resistance only 15 minutes in, but overall everyone enjoyed themselves.
