Warmup: Stretching

Thang: Burpee Runs – Run one lap around the animals (~.2 miles) do 3 burpees.  Do another lap and do 4 burpees.  Repeat until 10 burpees for a total of 52 burpees (March 26th x 2).

10 Incline Merkins, 10 Dips, 9 Incline Merkins, 9 Dips, repeat to 1 and 1.

Mosey most the way around animals Lunges approx 60 yards to finish the lap

Jump rope for 3 minutes

Mumble: Wanted to break up the 52 burpee’s but couldn’t think of a good way to do it.  Running worked.  Completed it faster then expected so had to throw in some jump roping.  Weather wasn’t bad but looking forward to it getting warmer.  Had a few guys out on spring break.
