At restrooms: PAX1 5 blerkins (merkin with block on back)

PAX2 5 skull crushers

Swap positions

Then everyone does 1 block curl

Jog to shelter

5 hydraulic squats

1 jump squat

Repeat this process maintaining 5 blerkins, 5 skull crushers, and 5 hydraulic squats. Increase the block curls and jump squats to 10

The surprise of the day was working in farmer carry with only 1 block per PAX. The blerkins turned out to be a nice alternative in the block party scheme. It was discovered that Maestro has missed the last 3 block parties and has never farmer carried. An investigation will be launched.
