Doc Ock’s Octagon of Pain!

PAX formed an octagon out of cones.  Each cone represented an exercise.  PAX traversed via Bear Crawl around the octagon and completed the required amount of reps of each exercise.  Once PAX completed the octagon they met in the center for a Motivator from 4.  The first round PAX completed 8 reps at each stop increased to 16 and 24 reps for rounds two and three.  Stations are as follows: Decline Merkins, Jump Squats, Pickle Pounders, American Hammer, Outlaws, Lt Dan’s, The Lion King, and Jumping Spiders.

Nice warm morning for a workout.  Great feeling wearing shorts again.  Lots of mumble from the PAX on the suck-ness of the workout.  Did sub out the burpees for pickle pounders. YHC didn’t want to be that guy who did burpees in April.
