Fartlicks 30 sec. jog, 30 sec. walk x 20

Modified Chelsea (supposed to be 5 pull ups and 10 regular merkins, plus the squats)
EMOM (every minute on the minute) for 30 minutes: 5 dips, 10 incline merkins, 15 squats
Total: 150 Dips, 300 Incline Merkins, 450 Squats- 900 reps

Recover Recover!

-Honestly, none of us really wanted to be there this morning. Either we were exhausted, recovering from a cold, and could have easily stayed in the Fartsack. Luckily we are striving to be HIM and we choose to take the DRP (Daily Red Pill).
-Thanks for coming out this morning boys! I enjoyed it and am ready to tackle the day.
-Don’t let excuses keep you away. Give those excuses a swift kick to the balls. It’ll hurt for a little bit, but you’ll be thankful afterwards.
