Windmill x 10 IC
Grass Pickers x 10 IC
Pushups (max in 2 minutes. Cannot lift hands. Rest position is down dog or up dog. Once hands come off the ground or knees touch, you must stop)
Situps: Must lock fingers behind head. Rest position is up, keeping fingers locked. If fingers come unlocked, you must stop.
2 Mile Run: run 2 miles as fast as you can for time.
