Four PAX posted in the gloom for a Bruce Lee themed workout.  It was a beautiful 68F morning.

Bruce Lee x 30 each (American Hammers, Leg Lifts, LBC’s, Heel Touches, Crunchy Frogs, & 100’s)
Merkin/Plank hold from 8

Mumble: After missing the last few workouts for vacation, I wanted to make sure not to overdo anyone’s sore legs/arms.  An all Ab’s workout seemed like a good idea.  Pretty sure no one agreed until we were done.  Fun times were had by all.  There was some disagreement to the number of times Bruce Lee would repeat the workout.  I said 7 times through, Crabby PO said 3.  Turns out I was right.  7 sets of 90 reps of each exercise.  Next time we will add a 7th set.
