“Upper Body Day” (Well sort of.)

MO’s (Merkin Overload): Merkins x 10, Hand release Merkins X 10, Merkin Plank Holds from 10, ATM x 1

Mosey to top of hill.

Burp Back Mountain:  PAX partner up one Pax running down the hill and back up backwards X 5 while the other partner performs Burpees.  Switch and repeat until 100 Burpees.

 

Slowsey to Bottom of Stairs.

La La Leggy:  20 Squats, 20 Lunges each leg, 20 Drop Lunges each leg, 20 Squat Jumps, 20 Calf Raises.

Mosey to Flag.

Side Plank each side 30 seconds.

Moleskin:

Went heavy on the upper today except the times we did legs.  YHC combined some Merkin exercises together in an attempt to make the “Happy” place even “Happier”.  Lots of chatter/laughter while at the “Happy” place today.  Side note YHC’s arms are still shaking and as always 30 X 2 = 60.
