Plank to Downward Dog to Upward Dog to Downward Dog again with Right leg raised then to Crescent position. Repeat with Left leg leading.

Repeat with the Airplane position added to the Crescent

Repeat through Crescent, Airplane, and Warrior 1

Repeat through Crescent, Airplane, Warrior 1, and Warrior 2 and Reverse Warrior.

Mosey to a telephone pole for V-sit Ring of fire.

Did some Holds to get ready.
