*broken up into 20 sets of 5 pull ups, 10 merkins, and 15 squats.


– 1 Splashed Merlot! Elijah underestimated the heat and had a lovely display of last nights meal. The people walking by really enjoyed it too.
-Great job this morning boys! That is a tough workout, especially in this heat. Keep pushing and you will continue to get stronger. It takes time. One day at a time.
-Grateful for Lt. Michael Murphy and all those who sacrificed their lives for the sake of so many others.
