Thang:
6 pointed deathstar on the basketball court.  1st round included 10 merkins in the center with 30 LBC’s at the points.  Bear crawl between all spots.

Mosey a bit to shake the legs out

Round 2 included 15 air squats at the center and 30 flutter kicks at the points.  Duck walk between all spots

Mosey to the playground

3 rounds of 5x pullups and 10 x swing Tysons.

Mumble:
Good workout by all.  Some talks of rebeling if we did crab walks for round 3 of the deathstar.  Luckily the Q wanted to do that even less then the PAX.  The humidity made breathing difficult this morning, but we all survived.
