Some talk about differences between various exercises and their names, as Wapner and I were relating our experiences with other F3 Regions. Also, some discussion about whether we had burned our legs enough as we approached our Happy Place. Decided another bonus round of the exercises from the Thang meant more Burpees and such, making the Leg Blasters a little more tolerable. So we gave it a go. . .
