Longer than usual mosey around the Eastern flank of the TPA.
Thang:
Cindy.
Cindy consists of 5 pull ups, 10 merkins, and 15 squats = one set. YHC set the clock at 20 minutes and PAX completed as many sets as possible in the 20 minutes.
Mary:
LBC’s IC x 25
Side crunch OYO x 10 each side.
Reverse LBC’s IC x 15
Moleskin:
The morning looked like another sack full of farts by the PAX, but then Humdinger true to his word posted ending YHC’s thoughts of lonesomeness. Good workout this morning. PAX ran a little longer which wasn’t as bad as originally anticipated. 20 minutes of Cindy seemed more like 30.
