*You are welcome to do this on your own. Honor system, or video tape it. Mericans must be proper form. Lock elbows at the top, chest hits the ground, hands come off the ground, then push up to lock elbows. You can do it as many times as you’d like and then report your time.

Recover, recover!

-We had a little trouble with the efficiency and set up. I wanted to do it in the grass, but it was too dark and foggy and we couldn’t walk off a straight line. So we did the 100 yards on the south road. Worked out okay.
-This little sucker, which sounded and looked easy, was a gut punch smoker in a hurry. If you tried to push the pace, you would be smoked for hand release. I think we all wanted to Splash Merlot after that.
