Side Lateral Shuffle – 20 yards down and back – X 3, High Skip Jump – 20 yards down and back- X 3, Back Peddle / Sprint – 20 yards down and back – X 3, Foot Speed Drill – 20 yards down and back – X 3, Defensive Shuffle – 20 yards down and back – X 3, Walking Lunge – 20 yard down and back – X 2, Frog Hops – 20 yards down and back – X 2.


Started by running across the parking lot and performing 30 merkins then ran back and completed 5 overhead claps.  PAX continued on with this nonsense counting merkins down by 5 and counting overhead claps up by 5 until 5 merkins and 30 overhead claps were achieved.

YHC read an article about the importance of mobility drills / training and decided to give it a go this morning.  Turns out the article failed to mention the associated suck factor. It was also determined that “Frolicking” must meet the following conditions: 1) High Knee Skip, 2) Waving your arms above head, 3) Christmas lights must be present, 4) Tunnel of Christmas lights with music is optional.   Lindsay’s with merk’s and overhead claps is a great combination of exercises for those who don’t want to use their arms the rest of the day.  Overall a good workout to improve our Fitness, Faith, and Fellowship.
