Today we participated in F3 Greenwood’s week 3 challenge.

15 Burpee Block Jump Overs
50 Hand Release Mericans
Broad jump 10 yards out and 10 yards back
14 Burpee Block Jump Overs
50 Goblet Squats with coupon
Broad jump 10 yards out and 10 yards back
13 Burpee Block Jump Overs
50 Leg Raises with coupon in arms extended chest press position
Broad jump 10 yards out and 10 yards back
12 Burpee Block Jump Overs
50 Hand Release Mericans
Broad jump 10 yards out and 10 yards back
11 Burpee Block Jump Overs
50 Goblet Squats with coupon
Broad jump 10 yards out and 10 yards back
10 Burpee Block Jump Overs
50 Leg Raises with coupon in arms extended chest press position
Broad jump 10 yards out and 10 yards back

…Count down Burpee BJOs from 15 to 1
perform 50 reps of hand release mericans, goblet squats, or leg raises w/coupon in arms extended chest press position after ever set of Burpees and then broad jump 10 yards out and 10 yards back.

If you are able to complete the entire ladder and still have time remaining, rinse and repeat the workout starting with 15 Burpee BJOs

Total reps of Burpees and 50 exercises too be added for final score.
Ex 1: 15 + 14 + 13+ 12+11+50(5)= 315 reps. Represents 5 full burpee rounds and 5 full 50 rep exercise completions.

Ex 2: 15+14+13+12+5+50(4)=259 reps- represents 4 full burpee rounds, a partial burpee round and 4 full 50 rep exercise completions.

Moleskin:
-Brickyard started us off with a friendly reminder that we still have 1 more week of these challenges after today. I think he’s ready for this to be over, as am I.
-One thing I will say though, is that these have really pushed us pretty hard and I think that is a good thing. Maybe harder than we would push each other if we were just Q’ing without these challenges. Iron Sharpens Iron
-The rain started right when we started the challenge and didn’t let up the whole time. As Khaki pointed out, at least it wasn’t 14 degrees and raining.
-Great job men! Way to keep pushing and getting stronger. It’s you against you out there and I saw everyone giving all they had.
