8 men were introduced to Chelsea this morning. Here is how it went.

Thang:

Early morning run around the church and back up to the covered porch.

CHELSEA: 
5 pull ups (we did Australian pull ups b/c we don’t have pull up bars)
10 Push-ups
15 Squats

EMOM (every minute on the minute) for 30 minutes

Mosey to start point
5 burpees OYO

Mary:

30 Low Flutters IC
40 Touch Them Heels IC
50 LBC’s IC

Recover Recover!

Moleskin:
-Great having Keytar back! Keep posting brother!
-It was a very hot (or humid as Brickyard corrected) morning.
-Khaki kept us going with loud motivational encouragement throughout!
-Always a pleasure leading you men. Keep posting and remember that we need to each be freed to lead, so step up and Q! It only gets easier the more you do it.
