Mosey to the playground.



Cindy consists of 5 pull ups, 10 merkins, and 15 squats = one set.  YHC set the clock at 20 minutes and PAX completed as many sets as possible in the 20 minutes.

Mosey to bottom of the stairs.

La La Leggy: 20 Squats, 20 Lunges EL, 20 Drop Lunges EL, 20 Jump Squats, 20 Calf Raises EL.

Side Crunch OYO x 10 each side.

Diagonal Abdominal Twist OYO x 10 each side.


Anticipation was high this morning for twenty minutes of Cindy.  Cindy made her appearance and did not disappoint.  There will be some sore arms tomorrow.  Followed up with La La Leggy at the bottom of the stairs.  It was determined that PAX should start doing more drop lunges in order to avoid the impending pain that will arrive shortly.  All in all a good start to the day.  Can’t wait for Friday!
