With ruck’s partner 1 does thrusters while partner 2 does lunge walk down the court and back counting each lunge. Do a combined total of 110 thrusters and 110 lunges in remembrance of the 110 flights of stairs in each tower keeping in mind the fire fighters who ran in to the building to help people.
