Seemed like a good workout with the incline merkins and dips burning the arms out.  Got about 1.75 miles of running in.  Looking forward to the temperature cooling down and the humidity dropping (Hopefully soon!).  Welcomed FNG Danny Lytle with the name Bambi.  Glad to have him join the group.
