2 posted for a #standard Ruck of 3.1 miles. The same 2 were the lone pax for the bootcamp.

Thang:
Jogged to the playground for the meat portion of the Murph.
5 Pull Ups, 10 Mericans, 15 squats for 20 total rounds= 100 pull ups, 200 mericans, 300 squats.

Swayzee called cadence for most of the exercises to get some repetitive Q school practice and did great!

Mosey back to the cars for Mary.
