Headed to the Fish Bowl for cover from the rain since we had candy.

Thang:
Each person chose a couple handfuls of candy. Each candy represented an exercise x 10 reps. We just went around the circle and whatever piece of candy you had up next is the exercise we did. We ended up doing:

170-Squats
110-Curls
90-Mericans
80-KB Swings
60-Chest Press
30-Skull Crushers
20 Burpees

Low Flutter x 20 IC
Rosalita x 10 IC
Low Dolly x 10 IC
Touch them Heals x 10 IC

Moleskin:
-Seemed to be a little hangover from Halloween 🎃  and maybe the cold rain, but we had fun regardless.
-Good to throw KB’s around again and work some different strength muscles.
-Next Tuesday is Election Day and Northview is a voting site. So let’s have a good turnout for when voters come in and if you haven’t voted yet, get out and vote.
