Mosey down to the playground.

10 Pull Ups
50 meter run
20 Dips
50 meter run
25 Mericans
50 meter run
30 LBC’s
50 meter run

We did this 9 times and ran out of time.
90 pull ups, 180 dips, 225 mericans, 270 LBC’s. ~4-5 miles running (didn’t turn my watch on. Next TIME!)

Moleskin:
-Grateful for Zamboni overcoming the fartsack this morning so I wouldn’t be alone. If I was alone, it would’ve been a sad, cold, and probably not productive workout. Instead it was cold and productive. Always enjoy your company brother.
-Blessings to each of you men wherever you are today. Don’t give in to the temptations of this world, but rise above it and be the men you are called to be. HIM (High Impact Man!)
