Mosey down to the Maintenance building where lo and behold, there was a workout board leaning against the building.


Each person Spelled their Hospital name (first and last) as well as F3 name in whichever order they chose. If they completed it in time, since not all names are the same length, they started spelling Indianapolis. I’ll let you figure out the math to see what was done.

Recover recover!

-Chilly morning at 17 degrees and felt like 11, but luckily the wind wasn’t blowing. Made for getting the shovel flags in the ground a little difficult.
-Mumblechatter was quite on the warm up mosey, probably wondering what we were doing since we didn’t start with the normal warmup, but the chatter picked up quite a bit when we started spelling our names.
-Lots of mumbling and grumbling, from myself included. I ended up Blue Falconing myself with 125 burpees and over 9 minutes of wall sits.
-It’s your momma’s fault for giving you that name, so don’t blame me for the workout, haha.
-I think everyone warmed up pretty quickly and layers of clothing were flying off.
-It was a great way to start the day. Thanks for coming out men.
