Weather: Same as last week 46 degrees and clear skies. I can get use to this.
I did a 1 mile loop, some stretches, and then a 2 mile loop.
Stretches: Downward Dog, Quads, Side lunge, Butterfly, Runners stretch, Calf stretch
Moleskin – We had some injuries so it was just me. I was feeling stiff, and really had to convince myself to get going. I listened to a podcast on the superstition around the number 23 and diving bells. Thank you Stuff You Should Know.
