Not much chatter this morning as we started, but grumbling grew as we made our way through the workout. Indian run brought no excitement- YHC mentioned it could have been a prison run! All-in-all a good sweat worked up either from the humidity, the workout or both. Double digits still eluding us. We know the numbers are there. Hoping as better weather seems to be more prominent, more will come back out. We can only be better men if we put in the work to become better men- here’s to putting in the work!
