Warm up: Maestro lap, Sprinkler x 15 IC, Grass Pickers x 15 IC, Arm Stretch OYO, Leg Stretch OYO.

Thang:

Merkin 2 min: AMRAP

Big boys 2 min: AMRAP

1 Mile run for time (actually .84 mile run, Q’s fault for shortage)

Mosey to Playground:

Pull up: AMRAP

Cindy circuit: Pull up x AMRAP, Merkins x 10, Air Squat x 15. Rinse and Repeat x 1.

4×4 ring of fire: 1 PAX completes 4 merkins followed by 8 single count mountain climbers, remaining PAX hold plank.

Moleskin: Today we created a fitness baseline by testing our ability to complete merkins, big boys, pull ups, and a 1 mile run. Merkins and Big boys(standard sit-up) were for a 2 min time. Pull ups were done until failure, no time limit. We can now set personal goals and work on improving, one day at a time.
