-Good to see everyone out this morning after a good IPC beatdown week 1.
-Felt good to do something, anything, different than Mericans, Burpees, sit ups, Bonnie Blairs, broad jumps, and bear crawls!
-Zamboni and Beefsteak took a strong commanding lead of the fartlicks on the last 2 rounds! Came out of nowhere! Must have been saving it for the end. I shouldn’t have told the pax the remainder number of rounds. #illremembernexttime šŸ˜‰
-Even though we weren’t racing, Khaki’s Indian run team did come in first followed by the #respect team. I think we were all just happy to be running and not doing burpees.
-Thanks for letting me lead some yoga. It’s been a while since I Q’d yoga, almost 2 years. Good to get a good stretch in.
-Grateful for each of you and how you continue to get stronger. Keep being the men you are called to be a set the standard for other men. But don’t leave them, bring them along side of you and help them out.
