Moleskin: Pax set their baseline on August 21st, today we tested our ability on Merkins, Big boys, and the timed 1 mile run. The ultimate goal is to improve upon the baseline that was set. Jay-z’s funny realization was made while completing the one mile run, for those of us that have school age cross country runners, at the end of their race when we are encouraging them to sprint, the same interesting thoughts were going through our heads of, you’re crazy, I am going to puke. We were also glad we weren’t running a 5K. We are all going to stick with, “Good Job, keep it up.”
