Inspired by watching “Justice League” this weekend and in preparation for Halloween costumes this month, found workout routines based on each superhero on Pinterest. After getting passed the comments about Pinterest being a site for ladies and thinking we were baking brownies, the beatdown commenced. What we discovered, and was stated by Jay-Z, we are definitely not the superheroes we may have thought we were. Grumbles about the amount of High Knees and mountain climbers were heard, but overall, not much else as the workout definitely did some beating. Made it through 2 complete rounds and were in the middle of the third when we stopped to break out Mary. All in all, a well rounded workout that accentuated the beatdown on the abs Shamu gave us last Friday. YHC promised that the next time he would bring Avenger workouts to satisfy the Marvel fans. Hope the workout inspired us to continue to push ourselves to become not only superhero strong, but also during the COT hope we realize that we can each be heroes in our daily life by bringing positivity, hope, and light to those that see us each day.
