Block Hill Climb – Team activity – First runner runs to bottom of the hill and waits. Second and every runner after that runs down and back up the hill stacking their blocks. The first runner is the final racer to finish – running back and putting the block on top. If the stack falls over then the group starts over (which didn’t happen).

Mini Murph – Partner activity – Cumulatively do 50 pull ups, 100 Merkins, 150 squats. While one person does the reps the other runs a lap around the circle.

Farmers Carry – Team activity – While one person farmer carries 2 cblocks the rest of the team does gas pumps. Cumulatively the team his 500 reps.

Back Smoker – Team activity – One person sprints around the circle. Meanwhile the team completes cumulatively 100 Kettle Bell swings, 100 Dirty hook ups, 100 Cindy Crawfords. Each team member rotates through each exercise.

Disclaimer about uneven ground was given twice to Headlock. We started of with a competitive sprint – it was a great race with the teams being close to tied the majority of the race. The farmers carry brought out a lot of groans as we visited with our old friends – the C-Block. Q couldn’t remember if the proper person for “Cindy Crawfords”, first citing Paula Abul’s as the exercise. All the same to me.

The team and partner activities was a lot of fun. A bit of competitiveness and good teamwork. Good effort was put in by all.
