Warm Up:  SSH x20, Plank Jacks x20, Abe Vigoda x10, Weedpickers x10, Imperial Walker x20, Arm Circles x10, Reverse Arm Circles x10, Circle Burp

The Thang

5 Cycles – 8 sets of alternating exercises – 20 seconds on and 10 seconds rest

Cycle 1 – Mountain Climber and Merkins

Cycle 2 – Dips and Bonnie Blairs

Cycle 3 – BBSU and Carolina Drydocks

Cycle 4 – Squats and Pull-ups

Cycle 5 – High Plank and Low Plank

Mosie to Mary:  American Hammers x20, Heel Touches x20, Flutters x20, Low Dolly x10, High Dolly x10, Boat/Conoe

Recover Recover

Moleskin:  Mubblechatter picked up a bit during Tabata rest periods, will have to add burbees next time.  Let the record show that Cosmo’s arm was hurting.  Khaki pointed out that there was a more direct route in our mosie, message was ignored. Always good working out in the gloom with you men, thanks!
