Warm up: Maestro lap, Arm Stretch OYO, Leg Stretch OYO, and Motivator from 10.

Thang:

Burp Back Mountain: partner exercise, 1 Pax does burpees while the other pax runs backward up hill and returns running forward down the hill, pax swap after running pax completes 5x trips up and down the hill.

Merkins: Start at 10, reduce 1 rep each set, all the way down. 10 sets.

Mosey to the block house.

Lunges and wall sits. Start with 30 lunges (Single leg count), then 30 sec wall sit. Reduce lunge reps by 2 after each set, follow by 30 sec wall sit. Pax got through 4 rounds.

Mosey to the flag.

Moleskin: Good work this morning in the gloom. So, Sparkle found something smelly on the hill, it wasn’t any of the pax. At least we weren’t doing any bear crawl’s. Also this day in history, a certain pax mentioned wearing shorts during workouts throughout this winter. Jay-z is working on finding treatments for frostbite. Humdinger also shared words of wisdom to the FNG regarding tall toilets and their importance post workout.
