Thang:
Head to the top of the hill. Partner up. 1 block at the top of the hill and 1 at the bottom.
Top of the hill does exercise while other partner runs to the bottom and does 2 Brickyard Man Makers (Block Merkin, Clean, Squat, Overhead Press, Lunge). As a team complete 200 tricep hand release merkins, 200 bicep curls, 200 block swings.
Had to call the workout slightly early as we were getting to time. Farmer carry blocks back to start point. Switch half way.

Moleskin: Good work this morning in the gloom. Small chatter about the preblast; he said it would be fun. Always a pleasure to get to lead. I hope my arms work tomorrow.
