Thang:
The Ruckers: Set out together – Dryrub and Marshall got some extra time in – going an hour plus.
The Runners: The goal was Keystone and back, which we did. Pace was solid.
Moleskin: The weather was perfect and we had a good turn out this morning. I love the energy of a run group. Q’s pacing was lousy – got warmed up and kept going faster.
