14 PAX posted on a fun with ‘Ds’ exercises. Q/YHC wanted something a bit different and the D section of the exicon (and the DaD jokes…courtesy of YHC) did not disappoint! ‘D’spite the Qs having to explain a few things along the way.
Deconstructed Burpee(vator) certainly delivered as a good warm up and the start of the mumble chatter that continued through the Dominos and definitely into the Dragonwalk (may be a new favorite go to for this Q). Doracides were a tough as Q expected (based on PAX groaning) and no one seemed to mind the Qs ’stretch’ on the ‘D cell’ Prisoner Run to keep consistency.
The Dad jokes seemed to cause their own groaning, however Q believes it diverted PAX minds from the Distress of the workout!
We had a ‘D’ workout…..everyone scored an A+ in this Qs mind!
