Weed pickers

Arm circles

Alternating toe touch

5 Merkins OYO

5 Squats OYO

Mosey to the playground

The Thang: Navy Seal PST

Partner up – 

2 minutes – Most Merkins you can do (50 is passing)

  • Hold Al Gore + count

2 minutes – Most sit-ups you can do (60 is passing)

  • Hold partners feet

Pull ups no limit (10 is passing)

  • Hold different static positions while everyone does pull ups

Run to Inlow park and back (1.5 Miles)

Moleskin:

Lots of good mumble chatter to get the morning started – I think the good weather had everyone in a good mood. Loved seeing everyone challenge, count, and push one another this morning (especially during the pull ups). Always a pleasure leading the men of F3 Indianapolis. My hope this morning is that the Navy Seals Physical Screening Test (PST) gave you a good idea of where you’re at with your physical condition. F3 is all about getting better so consider this a baseline and give yourself some goals to shoot for! Khaki out
