Weather: 20 degrees and calm

Warmup: SSH IC x20, imperial walkers IC x 15, weed pickers IC x10, seal jacks IC x 25, short mosey to get the blood flowing

Thang: block carry to stairs: right hand farmer, left hand farmer, right shoulder, left shoulder

100 curls, 100 swings, 100 shoulder presses. PAX can complete in any order and combination. After 25 reps of anything, shoulder carry up and down stairs.

Block carry to fishbowl area: right shoulder, left shoulder, right farmer, left farmer

10 bent over rows each arm then 10 block raises…repeat all

Recover, recover

Moleskin: It was blocking cold. Decided not to do the planned squat presses due to Thursday beatdown. Everyone’s legs were still smoked from that. All agreed to pickup a pair of ski gloves for next time because while our cores were warm, fingers were numb (which, given the block circumstances, probably isn’t a good thing). Woolly is a beast and wanted to show everyone that by bringing one of those super heavy foundation blocks. Really good time with the men this morning!
