Pretty sure the pre-blast containing “IPC” scared men into fartsacking lol Great morning to get better! Focused on keeping solid form during the exercises which slowed down the pace a bit. Talked a bit about how by continuing to put in the work with blocks will help prepare us to rock IPC next year! Keep EH’ing men!
