Pax split into three groups of three to travel the blocks to the Happy Place. PAX (1) farmer carried two blocks until PAX (3) relieved him. PAX (2) overhead carried until PAX (1) relieved him. PAX (3) did SSH x 20 & High Knees x 20 then ran to catch up with PAX (1) to relieve him of his block. PAX rotated through the farmer carries, overhead carry, and the exercises until they reached the Happy Place.
At the Happy Place:
PAX still in their group of three completed four exercises each to 150 reps in a rotating fashion. PAX (1) did the exercises, PAX (2) Lunge walked or Frog Jump Squat down and back to the closer lamp post, PAX (3) completed Big Boy sit ups or leg raises. PAX rotated once PAX (2) returned from the closer lamp post.

R&R on the block carries from earlier back to the Flag.

Second block party VQ of the week went well. VQ Stache had the blocks and PAX on the move and added to the misery that we call the Happy Place. Stache tried to become the first VQ to ‘Merlot Splash” but fell a little short. Nonetheless our VQ prevailed, a little less gassy, and lead the PAX through the beatdown. Side note: Block Carries after Bat Wing = no es bueno. Good beatdown from Stache!
