The Thang:

Head to the roundabout by the fishbowl. Partner up and find a starting station. Push yourself and your partner for 1:15 and then a 30 second break.
1.) Deadlifts 120# and 80# sandbags
2.) Overhead Press with Cinder blocks
3.) Goblet Squats 70# and 50# kettlebells
4.) Modified pulls ups
5.) Turkish gets ups 20# kettlebells
6.) Arnold Press 20# or 25# dumbell
7.) Walking Lunges 60# sandbags
8.) Ruck High pulls 20# and 30# rucks
9.) Tricep press 35# dumbells
10.) Farmer Carries with 5 gallon buckets of rocks
11.) Curls with blocks

After the first circuit, QIC cut the time to 1 minute per station and pushed though another 6 stations.

Moleskin: Thanks for letting me lead again this morning. It was a beautiful morning. We had to throw an audible when we had more PAX then expected show up this morning. Planned for 18, brought an extra station and was STILL short! This was awesome to have this many pax out and ALL LOCAL!!! WOOHOO!!!! Well done men. The partner aspect was nice to help push each other, improve form, share suffering, and have some good conversations. This was fun and I hope to bring MotorBoats Mobile Gym to a workout again. An honor as always.
