Backblast
Weather: 46 degrees, rainy and windy

PAX: Nomad, Headlock, State, Logger

Disclaimer Given

Thang:

The Ruckers: ghosted us…

The Runners: We did a 3.5 mile loop and then some stretching in the fishbowl

Moleskin: I think the weather kept most at home, but it was surprisingly nice. The rain wasn’t that heavy and we kept a good pace that kept us warm. We were all expecting heavier rain and were prepared for the worst. We followed up the run with some stretching. I recently read that mobility and range of motion is one of the most important ways to increase your quality of life as you get older.

State commented that the Indy F3 guys are his best friends because of how much time he spends with all of us. True story. I commented that it feels like when you have a kid and you can’t remember life before it. I am thankful for all of you to be part of my life.

Thanks Men!
