Warm Up: SSH, Annie, Mountain Climbers, Weedpickers
Thang 1: Run to Light Pole, do exercise (x25), run back. Crab Cakes, Carolina Dry Docks, Plank Jacks, Crunchy Frogs, Squats, and Merkins.
Mosie to Hill
Thang 2: Bear Crawl up the hill, do 10 mule kicks at the top of the hill, run back down the hill. 3 Sets.
Thang 3: Bucket Brigade Burpees. Two teams at base of the hill. Pass sandbag down and last person “runs” it up to top. Do a burpee after you pass the sandbag. Race to the top.
