PAX: Headlock, Zamboni, Cornwallis, Nomad, Beefsteak, Streaker, Bueller, Dry Rub, Cheddar, Dr. Pork Chop, Snooki, Logger, Motorboat, State, Khaki, Cosmo (Q)
In honor of the new Star Wars movie coming out this week, Q elected for a movie-themed beatdown. Starting with a PAX vote to do a Kissel Run workout, Q had to ‘call an audible’ as the rocks necessary for the Kissel Run were frozen due to the Hoth-like snow and cold. After some groaning and protest, PAX made approximately 12 stations around the nearest light pole and everyone began the Deathstar beatdown. Mumblechatter was good, especially during the second round and finally during the C-sit Mary…always a crowd favorite.
The dark side or the snow of Hoth took its toll on Headlock as he missed a sidewalk (covered in the snow) and became the first PAX to be carried to his car per our beginning workout announcements…prayers for his speedy recovery with his ankle.
Nice work guys…keep it up and keep giving it away.
Always a privilege,
