PAX: Kindergarten Cop, Cornwallis, Khaki, Tulip, Snaphook, Motorboat, Logger, Nomad (Q/proctor)

Weather: ~22 degrees and calm

Warmup: SSH ICx10, Weed pickers IC x10, arm circles IC x10, overhead claps IC x10

Thang: Series of measured exercises to gather baseline data for each PAX for the purpose of seeing proof of progress! Each exercise was timed or had distance measured with 2 min break between. You versus you for as many reps, distance, or time you could muster…all with a block:

Kettle bell swings: total number of reps completed in 2 min

Curls: total number of reps completed in 2 min

Overhead block hold (AKA, Zamperini hold): total length of time holding position

Goblet squats: total number of reps completed in 2 min

Overhead press: total number of reps completed in 2 min

Farmer carry: total distance in meters covered carrying two blocks until you have to set them down

Block mericans: total number of reps completed in 2 min

8-count man makers: total number of reps completed in 2 min

Recover, recover

Moleskin: Q only served as proctor in order to keep track of data, time, etc. Encouraged the guys to focus on good form. It was inspiring to see everyone push themselves to their physical limits today. Lots of encouragement from everyone was passed around especially on the farmer carry! What an awesome morning! Thank you, men.
